The Manchester Board, made up of various worthies, meets four times a year, ostensibly to guide the Local Strategic Partnership. It met in July, and presumably agreed the April minutes as a fair and accurate record blah blah blah. But these April minutes have still not been posted on the website. They Have Form; MCFly raised this with a previous set of Board minutes. It’s almost as if openness and letting the oiks see what is going on is not a priority.
