The “Drax 29” were found guilty of “obstructing a railway engine.” They are going to be hit with costs and fines. They’ll have to pay £36,000 just to cover the costs of cleaning the railway tracks, plus court costs, plus fines (probably). We can make a difference. Many people are donating £29 to the Drax 29 legal defence fund – £1 for each of the people who stopped the train. If that’s too much, (or not enough!), give whatever you can.
